Priority IQ is the first of many applications planned for release based on the Barometrix Rank IQ platform, announced in August, 2005.

Each element shown above contains multiple factors, which are customizable by an administrator, without any IT programming required. The elements of this framework are weighed according to corporate priorities and scores adjusted accordingly.

For example, an organization may place a high value on financial performance and apply the majority of weight to financial factors where as another organization may choose to have a more balanced mix of financial and strategic factors. Initiative scores will vary by degree of emphasis placed on each factor, in addition to the ratings of each initiative against those factors.

As such, scores for each initiative derive from user ratings of the quality of each initiative and corporate weightings applied consistently across the entire portfolio.
